Surface Mount Equipment Manufacturer Europlacer enhances operations with the deployment of extended ERP functionality by upgrading existing Infor SyteLine solution, supported by JPO Solutions.
Europlacer Group, a global leader in surface mount technology and celebrated for its best-in-class design excellence, engineering innovation and technology, has recently completed the deployment and upgrade of its enterprise-wide, business control solution, Infor SyteLine.
Deployed on the latest technology platform and implemented in conjunction with Infor Partner, JPO Solutions, Europlacer’s 100+ users across international operations in UK, France, Italy, Germany and US, are now able to get the very best out of their ERP system and make sure their business systems are as good as they need to be for the future demands and growth of the company.
“This decision was based in our desire to enhance our ERP solution in order to secure our systems technology and implement improved business functionality,” said Julian Boardman, Group Finance Director of Europlacer Group.
“Having initially started this journey with another provider, we made the difficult decision in early 2021 to seek a new partner that truly understood the intricacies and challenges of the requirement. In the 12 months they have been involved, JPO Solutions have proven their expertise on many occasions, both with their knowledge of SyteLine but also the underlying SQL technology. They have been a key factor in the success of the project.”
Europlacer will now look to implement further business improvements with the deployment of enhanced on-site Service capabilities, integrated factory automation, and expansion to remaining international operations.
