Upgrade to V10
With the deployment of CloudSuite Industrial in the Infor Multi-Tenant Cloud environment, JPO have developed expertise and procedures that enable customers to smoothly complete their upgrade project from their existing on-premise environment in order to quickly take advantage of the latest Infor solutions. This capability is available to all previous versions of SyteLine including Version 6 Progress-based environments and can be adapted for both Cloud and on-premise deployments.
Upgrade options offer both a “Lift & Shift” approach, thus deploying V10 with similar processes and procedures as your current implementation, or a “re-implementation” enabling process and configuration changes to suit what might be different business demands from when first deployed.
Key to a successful upgrade is managing the migration of your existing data. JPO have developed specialist API tools to enable adjustments to be included, such as realignment of your Chart of Accounts, as well as simply incorporating a full “as-is” uplift.
Many customers on older versions of SyteLine will have invested in specific enhancements and personalisations to meet their unique needs. We support you on the adaption and potential re-development of these so that they are compliant with latest SyteLine V10 practices, especially when moving to Infor Cloud. We also assist with the need to re-write reports from Crystal and SSRS into SyteLine forms, including training your personnel so you are self-sufficient moving forward.
Deployment of Additional Sites or New Functionality
For customers needing to integrate additional business divisions or acquisitions into their corporate SyteLine environment, JPO can deploy their specific data migration toolset to adjust and validate the import of your business data into SyteLine, whether as a separate entity or within an existing multi-site configuration.
We fully support education and training in the latest solution, together with development of all the necessary business documents and integrations (e.g. EFT bank communications or delivery/transport applications) ensuring a smooth transition for the new user community.
We can work with you to discuss your requirements, be that from the initial planning stages, right through to the upgrade itself; and help with pre & post upgrade testing plans.
Infor OS – The Infor Operating Service
Particularly with SyteLine Version 10, it is essential that customers take full advantage of the various elements of Infor OS to maximise effective use and to streamline processes. JPO can provide expertise and support in workflow and event management, business forms and reports, understanding Infor Document Management (IDM) through to ION based integrations including Data Lake, Birst and bespoke Mongoose-based application development.
Infor M3 Technical Development
Many M3, java-based installations often have developments that may, over time, require adjustment or even complete re-write to meet changing business needs. We can support you in the design and development of these so that they are compliant with latest M3 practices.
