With the deployment of CloudSuite Industrial in the Infor Multi-Tenant Cloud environment, JPO have developed expertise and procedures that enable customers to smoothly complete a “Lift & Shift” project from their existing on-premise environment in order to quickly take advantage of the latest Infor solutions. This capability is available to all previous versions of SyteLine including Version 6 Progress-based environments and can be adapted for both Cloud and on-premise deployments.
We can work with you to discuss your requirements, be that from the initial planning stages, right through to the upgrade itself; and help with post upgrade testing plans.
Many customers on older versions of SyteLine will have invested in specific enhancements and personalisations to meet their unique needs. We support you on the adaption and potential re-development of these so that they are compliant with latest SyteLine V10 practices. We also assist with the need to re-write reports from Crystal and SSRS into SyteLine forms, including training your personnel so you are self-sufficient moving forward.
Infor OS – The Infor Operating Service
Particularly with CSI version 10, it is essential that customers take full advantage of the various elements of Infor OS to maximise effective use and to streamline processes. JPO can provide expertise and support in workflow and event management, business forms and reports, understanding Infor Document Management (IDM) through to ION based integrations including Data Lake, and bespoke Mongoose-based application development.
Infor M3 Development
Many on-premise M3, java-based installations often have developments that may, over time, require adjustment or even complete re-write to meet changing business needs. We support you on the design and development of these so that they are compliant with latest M3 practices.
