Technical Consultant
Within our Solution Development team, the role is for a full time, permanent basis, Technical Development Consultant assisting our customer base.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Working with customers to specify, design and deliver technical solutions
- Development of personalisations and customisations to Infor products with the primary focus on SyteLine (Infor CloudSuite Industrial)
- Specification and delivery of customer reporting requirements using Infor Mongoose reports, data views and Infor Document Management (IDM)
- Assisting customers with upgrading their SyteLine developments whether upgrading to newer versions or migrating to the Infor Cloud
- Delivering workflows, integration and process automation projects utilising InforOS and the ION platform
Reporting to the Technical Solutions Architect you will primarily be a remote (home) worker with some travel occasionally required.
Technical Support
Within our Managed Services team, the role is for a full time, permanent basis, Technical Support Consultant, working with our existing customer base.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting and collaborating with our customers in the running and problem resolution of their deployed SyteLine or CloudSuite Industrial platforms and associated products such as InforOS, CPQ and Infor Factory Track.
- Administration and Support of multiple Syteline versions from version 7 to 10 (On premise and in the Infor cloud)
Reporting to the Operations Director you will primarily be a remote (home) worker with some travel occasionally required.
