Meet the Team

Jamie has more than 30 years' experience in manufacturing and ERP, over two decades of it specialising in Infor SyteLine, now CloudSuite Industrial. He began on the customer side as Logistics & IT Manager at Vale Castings, where he gained a first-hand understanding of the operational pressures manufacturers face.

He went on to hold senior technical roles at two Infor SyteLine partners, WASP-IT and M7 Managed Services, where he was Technical Director. He then spent four years as a Senior Technical Consultant at Infor itself. Jamie founded JPO Solutions in 2010 and has led it full time since 2016, building a UK-based team of Infor specialists.

Jamie has delivered SyteLine projects globally across a wide range of manufacturing sectors, and he is known for building enduring client relationships, some spanning more than 20 years. He combines deep application expertise with the perspective of someone who has run ERP from the inside, helping manufacturers get long-term value from their Infor investment.

Jonathan is JPO’s Operations Director, bringing extensive experience in leading operational delivery across service-led and project-based organisations. He specialises in operational and commercial management, driving efficiency, maintaining margins and ensuring consistent delivery across multidisciplinary teams and complex customer environments.

With a strong focus on translating business strategy into practical plans, Jonathan works closely with senior stakeholders to balance service excellence, operational performance and sustainable business growth. His commercially aware and customer-focused approach helps ensure projects and services are delivered efficiently while maintaining quality and managing risk. Jonathan is Infor accredited in Industrial Manufacturing Essentials and Intermediate and holds MEDDPICC Foundation accreditation.

Ruth is JPO’s Finance Director, responsible for financial governance, commercial oversight and operational finance across the business. She brings extensive experience in managing the financial, contractual and compliance aspects of customer engagements, supporting effective decision-making and strong commercial performance.

Ruth plays a key role in pricing governance, contract management and revenue recognition across project delivery and managed services. She ensures robust financial controls are maintained in line with Infor partner requirements and customer commercial agreements, acting as a trusted point of contact for both internal leadership and customer finance stakeholders.

Lesley is an experienced ERP Project and Programme Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex ERP projects and leading high-performing teams. As Head of Infor Practice, she brings extensive experience across Infor solutions, including SyteLine and M3, alongside a broad understanding of ERP implementation and business transformation.

PRINCE2 accredited and PMP certified, Lesley combines strong project leadership, commercial awareness and customer engagement skills. With experience spanning multiple industries, sites and international markets, she works closely with customers and teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard while supporting the continued development of JPO’s Infor expertise and services.

Jeni brings a strong blend of commercial expertise, consultative sales leadership and experience working within manufacturing and ERP environments.

With a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships and leading complex sales engagements across multiple industries, Jeni works closely with organisations to understand their challenges and identify technology solutions that deliver real business value.

Her experience will support JPO’s continued growth and help manufacturers and distributors maximise the value of their ERP and technology investments.

Reuben brings over 20 years of experience in ERP sales, working with organisations across sectors including manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, retail, and aerospace. He takes a consultative approach, focusing on understanding how businesses operate, the challenges they face, and how the right ERP solutions can support their goals.

With experience launching international ERP providers into the UK market and developing successful go-to-market strategies, Reuben combines strong commercial awareness with a creative, problem-solving approach. He has a keen interest in emerging technologies, including how AI can enhance existing ERP and business solutions, and works closely with customers and internal teams to deliver a joined-up approach from initial engagement through to successful sales outcomes.

Erika is a Project and Resource Manager with a strong background in ERP projects and implementations across multiple sectors and international markets. She specialises in project planning, resource coordination and documentation management, with a keen eye for detail and a practical approach to solving complex challenges.

Having supported and managed ERP implementations across Europe, the USA and APAC, Erika brings strong organisational, technical and communication skills to every project. She is fluent in both English and Italian.

Eva is an ERP Consultant and Business Analyst with extensive expertise in SyteLine/CSI, supporting complex ERP projects across a wide range of industries and international markets. With a strong background in finance, operations, sales, purchasing and data management, she brings a practical understanding of both business processes and technology.

Eva has extensive experience delivering ERP implementations and support across the UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, the USA and South Africa. She specialises in business analysis, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training and process improvement, and is known for building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Fluent in English and Spanish, Eva also brings valuable experience in Business Intelligence and CRM solutions.

Guy brings over 25 years of management and operational experience within the aviation and aerospace industry. He brings a strong understanding of complex business environments, project management and operational processes, alongside several years of experience in the ERP sector.

Guy supports clients throughout ERP implementations and post-go-live, helping businesses transition smoothly to new systems and manage change effectively. With experience across project and programme management, he works closely with both customers and project teams to deliver practical solutions and provide ongoing support.

Grant is a Senior Consultant and Business Analyst with over 20 years of experience across manufacturing, sales and distribution environments. With a strong technical background in Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics 365, he has extensive experience in business analysis, development and project leadership.

Grant now specialises in Infor solutions, including CPQ, Birst and CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine). He combines strong technical knowledge with a clear understanding of business processes and requirements, enabling him to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and deliver practical solutions that support business needs.

Iwona specialises in SyteLine/CSI and Shop-Trak, with extensive experience supporting complex ERP implementations and upgrades. She has a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving, with expertise across business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, development and UAT testing.

Iwona has also played a key role in Help Desk support and customer liaison, helping resolve functional issues and coordinate with Infor. She is experienced in designing and delivering ERP and Shop-Trak training for both customers and internal teams. Fluent in English and Polish, Iwona combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and a collaborative approach.

Hugh brings over 20 years of expertise in IT infrastructure, server and networking support, including eight years specialising in SyteLine ERP support. He brings a strong technical background across IT security, data protection, cloud infrastructure and SQL, alongside a commitment to continuous learning.

Hugh has extensive experience managing infrastructure environments, supporting cloud migrations and working with third-party technical providers. He combines strong technical problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach, helping businesses maintain reliable systems and providing effective support to users.

Mike is a Technical Solution Architect with 30 years of IT experience, including 20 years in software development and 10 years in management, primarily within the aerospace industry. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Computer Science and brings extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge to complex ERP environments.

With 14 years of experience working with SyteLine 8 and later versions, Mike specialises in technical estimating and hands-on development, working closely with customers and functional consultants to deliver tailored solutions. He focuses on improving business processes through practical technical enhancements that help organisations get the most from their ERP systems.

Mark is a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant with over 25 years of IT experience, including extensive experience within the aerospace industry and a strong background in business and finance. He has comprehensive expertise across the full ERP lifecycle, with a particular focus on Infor SyteLine, Infor OS, integrations, development and technical solutions.

Mark specialises in SyteLine customisation and development, Infor OS, reporting, data management and system integrations. He has delivered complex technical solutions for a wide range of customers, including sophisticated reporting platforms and integrations with third-party systems. His combination of technical expertise and broad business knowledge enables him to design practical solutions that address complex business requirements.

Neil brings over 25 years of experience in Infor M3 development, with extensive expertise in Mongoose development, H5 scripting and XtendM3. He also has strong knowledge of Infor OS, including workflows and API flows, and combines deep technical expertise with a practical, problem-solving approach.

Having spent over 25 years at Infor, Neil has worked with major customers across the UK and overseas, supporting complex technical requirements and delivering solutions to agreed timescales. He also has extensive experience working with offshore development teams, ensuring projects follow Infor standards and maintain a high level of quality throughout.

Paul brings 19 years of technical experience, including 16 years within the aviation and aerospace industry. He specialises in Infor SyteLine development and customisation, with experience across SL8 and SL10 environments, including both on-premise and multi-tenant cloud deployments.

With a strong analytical approach and keen attention to detail, Paul supports customers throughout ERP implementations, upgrades and post-go-live. His background in system infrastructure and security also provides valuable technical insight, particularly for on-premise environments. Paul is a collaborative team player committed to delivering practical solutions and responsive customer support.
